Mr. David Wool, Esq.

David Wool is an Associate at Andrus Wagstaff. His practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, mass torts, and multidistrict litigation. He has been involved with In Re Boston Scientific Corp. Pelvic Repair System Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2326).

David graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2011 and received his Bachelors Degree from Colorado College in 2007. While in law school, David worked for the Honorable Susan Russ Walker, and the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.

Following law school, David began his career practicing criminal law. As a criminal defense attorney, David handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases and won every case he took to trial including multiple felony cases. In addition to winning trials, David was able to obtain dismissals for his clients on both procedural and constitutional grounds.

David is licensed to practice Law in Colorado and Tennessee.
