Mr. Douglas Hassinger

Doug is an Associate Attorney with The Siemon Law Firm, practicing solely in the area of Family Law. Though born out of state, Doug has lived in the metro area for over 35 years, and considers himself a native. Doug is a graduate of The Westminster Schools, the University of Georgia and John Marshall Law School, where he led the Mock Trial team to the National Regional Finals. Beginning his career as a civil litigator, Doug gained a great deal of experience in negotiating the "ins and outs" of the courtroom. As his practice developed, Doug quickly found his passion, and directed his practice to Family Law. Doug has been involved in thousands of cases, including hearings, bench and jury trials and appeals. Doug knows that no two cases are alike, and is adept at spotting the true issues in the matter, then negotiating, arguing or litigating them as is appropriate for the particular case. When not advocating, Doug enjoys spending time with his children.
