Mr. Edwin Cruz

Edwin Cruz is an Associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Edwin Cruz is an Associate in the Miami, Florida office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has extensive experience defending employers in wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination/retaliation matters. Mr. Cruz also has extensive experience advising employers and managers on compliance with a variety of workplace laws including FMLA, ADA, and Title VII.

While attending law school, Mr. Cruz was the Managing Editor of the FIU Law Review, and was a founding member of the school’s chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta fraternity.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Cruz worked for a mid-sized law firm in South Florida, where he focused on employment defense work.
