Mr. Franklin Duke Regan

A third generation Jacksonville native, Duke is a civil trial lawyer. He has represented individual and corporate defendants in medical negligence, correctional health care, and personal injury claims including a number of cases successfully tried to verdict. He has served as lead counsel in circuit civil, appellate, and administrative courts.

Duke was a merit scholar at the Stetson University College of Law, from which he graduated with honors in 2005. During law school he served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review, president of the National Conference of Law Reviews, and was selected for inclusion in Who’s Who Among American Law Students. Duke is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available from the foremost lawyer peer review service. Duke has been repeatedly recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star and Florida Trend Legal Elite.
