Mr. J. Drew Piersa

Drew Piersa is an Associate in our office in North Palm Beach, Florida, and he concentrates his practice on aging services, dental, health care, medical malpractice, general liability, labor and employment, and professional malpractice and ethics matters.

Before joining HBS, Drew was a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp and stationed at Special Operations Command South. He served as legal counsel for two-star general officers and assisted with the employment of Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions in Central & South America and the Caribbean. He continues to serve as a Reservist, helping servicemembers, veterans, and their families with a wide array of legal issues.

Earlier in his career, Drew was an Assistant State Attorney and represented the State of Florida in the prosecution of felony and misdemeanor cases in Broward and Brevard counties.

Drew earned a Juris Doctorate from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Research and Statistics from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
