Mr. Joshua Evan Schoen

Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island in

1991. Josh graduated Cum Laude and with a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Miami in

1994. Josh is admitted to practice law in Florida, Rhode Island, and New York. Josh is admitted to the

practice in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of

Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Josh is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Lawyer. This means that the Florida Bar recognizes Josh as a

specialist in the area of Criminal Trial Law. Board Certification by the Florida Bar is the highest level of

recognition by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the referenced area of

law.

Josh has practiced Criminal Defense for more than 23 years and has represented thousands of individuals

charged with all types of criminal offenses, including but not limited to misdemeanor offenses, such as

assault, domestic violence battery, drug possession, theft, etc. and felony offenses, such as grand theft,

burglary, armed robbery, car jacking, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and murder. In

addition to Criminal Defense, Josh is also a very experienced practitioner in the areas of civil litigation,

family law and commercial litigation.
