Mr. Justin S. Swartz

Justin Swartz is an Associate in the Orlando, Florida office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing management in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, as well as providing advice and counsel to management on workplace issues.

Mr. Swartz represents employers in litigation involving allegations of wrongful termination; discrimination; harassment; whistleblower retaliation; violations involving Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour, workplace safety; and other employment related claims. Mr. Swartz also represents employers in prosecuting and defending claims involving breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of confidential information, and related business claims.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Swartz practiced commercial litigation in Orlando and throughout Florida in both state and federal court covering a vast number of practice areas, including business disputes, real estate, construction, employment, consumer, and intellectual property. While attending law school, Mr. Swartz was Articles Selection Editor of the Florida State University Law Review and member of the Florida State University Business Review.
