Mr. Mark F. Roach

A near-native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Roach is an alumnus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After a career in education, he attended UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2002. He initially practiced in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Personal Injury.

Mr. Roach joined KNCH in 2007 representing developers, general contractors, and homebuilders in all manners of construction litigation. His work in this field has provided him experience in mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Roach’s clients have included national commercial and residential builders as well as builders that operate locally. In addition to his construction practice, Mr. Roach defends clients in personal injury and general liability matters.

Outside of the office, he enjoys woodworking, Major League Baseball, and has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America as a leader of his son’s Cub Scout Pack.
