Mr. Matthew S. Mudano

Matt Mudano is a partner at the firm’s Tampa office, where he specializes in civil trial practice. Over the course of his 36 year career, Mr. Mudano has represented companies and individuals in a wide range of contested matters including medical negligence, child behavioral health services cases, securities litigation, construction claims, security negligence, professional malpractice, premises liability, product liability and crashworthiness claims.

Mr. Mudano has achieved the rating of “AV Preeminent” from Martindale Hubbell, and is Board Certified in Civil Trial (1996) by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (2005) and annually recognized in Tampa Bay’s Top Lawyers and Florida’s SuperLawyers publications.

Mr. Mudano has served as an expert witness on the standard of care in legal malpractice proceedings, and has lectured to attorneys in Florida on multiple topics involving trial practice. He has also served on the Civil Trial Board Certification Committee, Civil Trial Grade Review Panel, and the Thirteenth Circuit Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar.
