Mr. Michael B. Dvoren

Michael Dvoren, a partner at the Phoenix law firm of Jaburg Wilk, focuses his legal practice on intellectual property litigation and pre-litigation disputes, intellectual property transactions, and the prosecution of trademark and copyright applications. He regularly counsels clients in a wide range of industries on all aspects of trademark, copyright, trade secret, advertising, and internet law and has represented them in courts throughout the United States and in the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Before joining Jaburg Wilk, Michael was a partner at an IP boutique law firm and was an associate attorney at an Am Law 200 law firm prior to that. Before attending law school, Michael was a television producer in Los Angeles.
