Mr. Michael Carl Mohler

Michael C. Mohler is an Associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Mohler clerked for Magistrate Judge Tim A. Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. During his time with Judge Baker, he drafted numerous dispositive and non-dispositive orders, many of which concerned discovery and employment law issues.

While attending law school, Mr. Mohler worked in his school’s Workers’ Rights Clinic, assisting in pro bono representation of employees in wage and hour and discrimination claims. He also clerked for a Phoenix firm where he defended wage and hour claims and successfully prosecuted non-compete agreements. Mr. Mohler was a member of the University of Arizona’s Transactional Law Meet team and the Arizona Law Review.
