Mr. Paul Trainor

Paul Trainor is an associate in the Atlanta office. Paul graduated from the College of Charleston in 2008 with a B.S. in Psychology. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. During law school, he was the SBA Executive Commissioner of Student Affairs, editorial board member of the Charleston Law review, served on the Orientation Committee and Consistency Committee, and was the Secretary of the Students Grant Board. Paul was a four-time recipient of the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award.

Paul primarily concentrates his trial litigation practice in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, transportation and premises liability. He has represented a variety of clients, including hospitals, physicians and other medical professionals, as well as Fortune 500 companies, major insurance carriers, trucking companies and other business entities. He has successfully defended over 150 cases and tried numerous cases to verdict across South Carolina and Georgia. In addition, Paul has handled every stage of several appellate matters before the South Carolina and Georgia Court of Appeals.
