Mr. Scott Dubois

Scott DuBois is a shareholder in the real estate and litigation departments at Jones Waldo. Scott has experience in representing clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses and individuals. Scott has represented clients in complex litigation matters, construction and construction contracts, business disputes, negotiation and documentation of real estate transactions, and commercial leases. He has also advised multiple companies and HOAs on various business aspects.
