Mr. Todd E. Rinner

Todd Rinner is a seasoned litigator primarily practicing in product liability, personal injury, commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has experience in defending product manufacturers and distributors, including automotive and heavy equipment and industrial product manufacturers, in lawsuits involving product liability and general liability matters. In addition, Todd represents parties in all types of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes. He is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
