Mr. Vinod Rajesh Nirmal Bajnath

Vinod Bajnath is an Associate at the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on the various areas of construction law, including representation of developers, general contractors and contractors in construction defect claims. Mr. Bajnath also represents design professionals and consulting engineers in professional liability claims.Mr. Bajnath graduated cum laude in 2008 with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami, where he studied Finance and Legal Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctor in May of 2011 from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bajnath worked as an associate attorney in Miami at prominent defense firms, specializing in complex construction matters. Mr. Bajnath also has experience in the defense of automobile liability and bodily injury claims.Mr. Bajnath is licensed to practice law in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida
