Ms. Barbara Mulholland

Barbara Mulholland is Partner in the Albany office of Hall Booth Smith focusing on medical malpractice defense, motor carrier liability, general liability, insurance coverage and charter school law. Barbara devotes the majority of her practice to defending area hospitals, doctors, nurses and other healthcare providers.

Barbara is a member of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys (GAHA), the Georgia Society of Healthcare Risk Managers (GSHRM), American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM), the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), National Association for Public Charter Schools and the Alliance for Public Charter School Attorneys.

Barbara is an approved panel counsel for Swift Transportation and currently serves as school attorney for several Georgia public charter schools.

Barbara holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the City University of New York.
