Ms. Caitlin S. Schroeder

Caitlin S. Schroeder is an Associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing management in employment litigation and providing advice and counsel on employment issues.

Ms. Schroeder’s experience also includes counseling attorneys in the areas of ethics and professional responsibility. She co-authors a monthly ethics column in the Indiana State Bar Association magazine, Res Gestae.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Schroeder gained legal experience working on all types of employment matters as a law clerk for the Honorable William T. Lawrence in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Following her clerkship, she gained extensive litigation experience as an associate in the litigation department of a national, general practice firm.

While in law school, Ms. Schroeder served as editor-in-chief of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, where she managed the publication of the largest volume in journal history. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Office of Graduate Legal Studies, where she taught legal writing courses and tutored LL.M. students.

In her free time, Ms. Schroeder serves on the Board of Directors of Project Home Indy, a local organization that provides a long-term residential environment and life skills counseling to homeless teenage girls who are pregnant or parenting.
