ABOUT Ms. Erin Rose Ronstadt
Erin Ronstadt is an attorney with Ober & Pekas, PLLC, a well-established law firm that exclusively represents disabled claimants. Erin focuses her practice on insurance bad faith and private long-term disability benefits governed by the federal statute called ERISA; she serves as the managing attorney for all private disability issues at the firm. Erin routinely deals with most major insurance companies and routinely practices in federal court. Before joining Ober & Pekas, Erin was the founding and managing partner of Ronstadt Law, P. L. L. C. , which specialized in ERISA, insurance law and civil litigation. She is passionate about helping employees get the disability benefits they deserve. Erin earned her B. A. in English Literature and Certificate in Public Administration from Arizona State University. She attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State, where she served in several leadership capacities, including President of the Student Bar Association and member of the Pro Bono Executive Board. Demonstrating her commitment to public service, she volunteered over 350 Pro Bono hours while in law school. She also served internships with the Honorable Lawrence O. Anderson, U. S. Magistrate Judge for the U. S. District Court for the State of Arizona, and the Honorable Jon W. Thompson, Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I. Erin graduated with Highest Pro Bono Distinction and was awarded a Dean's Award for Outstanding Graduate. Most recently, Erin was honored to receive the Hal Israel Community Service Award (2012-2013) from the State Bar of Arizona's Young Lawyers Division.
