Katherine Ginzburg Treistman is a shareholder and experienced trial lawyer focusing on complex commercial disputes in the energy, technology, and finance sectors. Katherine handles some of the most high-profile disputes ranging from antitrust, auditor liability, and employment, to other multimillion-dollar commercial claims. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Katherine also has broad trial and pre-trial experience. She is a frequent speaker for her clients and the Harris County judiciary on CLE topics pertaining to litigation matters, and has recently chaired the litigation module for the 69th annual Oil and Gas Conference for the Institute of Energy Law. Katherine takes an active role in her firms’ employment and diversity committees.
