Ms. Kelly L. Ferron

Kelly L. Ferron focuses her practice on civil litigation, concentrating primarily on matters involving bodily injury and wrongful death. She handles all types of negligence cases, including those involving allegations of negligent construction/maintenance, negligent security matters, and actions arising out of motor vehicle accidents. Ms. Ferron represents contractors in multi-party disputes, property owners in premises liability actions, and various entities in vicarious liability matters, among more, and has additional experience in cases involving indemnification issues.

Ms. Ferron received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She first developed her passion for litigation while working for the State Attorney's Office in Naples, Florida prior to law school. While at UM, she participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Litigation Skills Programs I and II, and volunteered at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office in the juvenile and felony divisions.

Ms. Ferron is also an avid sailor. While at University of Wisconsin, she led the UW Women's Sailing Team to two Midwest Collegiate Sailing Association championships, and competed in regattas all over the country, including College Sailing Nationals. She also previously ran a local youth learn-to-sail program in Miami.
