Ms. Priscilla Armand

Priscilla Armand is an associate in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. Her practice focuses on first party property, civil rights law, condominium and homeowner’s association law, directors and officers, employment and labor, and general civil litigation. Ms. Armand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University, a Master’s of Arts Degree summa cum laude from the American University of Paris, and a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford. Ms. Armand earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, graduating cum laude.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Ms. Armand worked in private practice in the areas of real estate, foreclosure, commercial litigation and personal injury. Ms. Armand who is originally from Jamaica has lived in France and Haiti where she worked on rule of law and justice sector reform issues after the 2010 Haitian earthquake.

She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and the United States Virgin Islands.
