Ms. Robin Horton Silverman

Robin Horton Silverman is a senior associate in WSHB’s Tampa office with over 13 years of experience handling complex civil litigation. In addition to being a savvy litigator, Robin is also well-versed in appellate advocacy and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining the firm, Robin worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tampa handling litigation including personal injury, appeals, land use, constitutional claims, public records, and complex business disputes. She also worked as a staff attorney for the Second District Court of Appeal and the civil division of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Robin graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was the recipient of a HOPE Fellowship and a Book Award for her advocacy in International Moot Court. While in law school, Robin clerked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Florida Legal Services. She received her undergraduate business degree in Marketing, cum laude, from Florida State University and completed internships with former U.S. Senator Bob Graham and transatlantic trade association British American Business as part of her studies.

She is licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, the U.S. Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
