Ms. Shelley R. McCoy

Shelley R. McCoy is Of Counsel in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.

While attending law school, Ms. McCoy was an Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and served as Secretary for the Student Bar Association.

After graduating from law school, Ms. McCoy initially practiced in the areas of insurance defense, construction and real estate law, and general business litigation. Ms. McCoy also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William T. Lawrence, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Immediately prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. McCoy worked for another large labor and employment law firm, where she represented clients in administrative, arbitration, and litigation proceedings across the country and counseled clients on various labor and employment law issues.
