• Managed real estate portfolio for equipment rental company with over 700 profit centers in both the United States and Canada, including drafting and negotiating leases and all ancillary documents and overseeing entry of all property data into online database.°

• Sole real estate attorney for a 1700-store apparel retailer. Responsible for all legal documentation regarding new stores and existing portfolio, including drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, and letter agreements for renewals and renegotiations.°

• Legal counsel for real estate team and entire facilities team, including lease administration and maintenance departments for 7400-store national retailer, responsible for providing advice and counsel regarding lease interpretation, resolving landlord disputes, and addressing landlord defaults.°
