ABOUT N. Paul Coyle
practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on banking and finance issues, concentrating on commercial finance, banks and work for other institutional lenders, primarily in the healthcare industry. He negotiates and documents asset-based, cash-flow, unitranche and real estate financing transactions, including healthcare receivable financings. Mr. Coyle advises clients in relation to workouts, debt restructurings, agreements among lenders and intercreditor relationships. He also represents borrowers in all kinds of financings. Mr. Coyle was selected in 2016 and 2017 as a Leading Lawyer in the State of Illinois in both Banking & Financial Institutions Law and Secured Transactions Law. Mr. Coyle is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Coyle is a 1994 graduate of The John Marshall Law School and a graduate of DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Coyle is an adjunct professor of law at The John Marshall Law School, where he has taught a course on agency and unincorporated business entities.
