Nadia E. Niazi

Nadia E. Niazi is an associate in the firm's Casualty Department where she handles matters involving trucking and transportation, personal injury and property damage litigation in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Nadia was an associate at an insurance defense firm in New York, where she focused on New York Labor Law, premises liability, property damage, and general negligence matters.

While at Pace University School of Law, Nadia served as a student attorney for the Pace Women’s Justice Center, Family Court Externship. In addition, Nadia participated in numerous pro bono endeavors, including the Sanctuary for Families project. In 2006-2010, while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Pre-Law, she served as the president of the Criminal Justice Honor’s Society and was an active member of the IONA Mock Trial team. During her participation with mock trial, Nadia achieved several individual awards and has since served as an assistant coach to the current team.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she interned in the chambers of Honorable John P. Colangelo, City Court Judge for the City of New Rochelle. Nadia is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
