Neil Kilcoyne

Attorney Neil Kilcoyne joined Malman Law as an associate attorney in 2018. Prior to joining our firm, Neil received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2017, which he attended part-time at night while he worked as a law clerked full time during the day. During his time at John Marshall, Neil was a member of the John Marshall Law Review and appeared on the Dean’s List on several occasions.

Before joining Malman Law, Neil spent 7 years as a law clerk, and then associate attorney for a law firm that specialized in personal injury, workers’ compensation, products liability, construction negligence, and medical malpractice. As a clerk, Neil worked closely with attorneys throughout the litigation process, including jury trials.

Born and raised on the southwest side of Chicago, Neil comes from a working class family, which includes several proud union members. When not practicing law, Neil enjoys attending Chicago White Sox and Blackhawks games, playing softball and golf, and participating in social groups through his parish.
