Nick R. Herrick

Nick is senior counsel in WSHB’s Denver office. Nick specializes in general liability defense; labor and employment litigation, including the defense of discrimination and wage and hour matters; construction defect litigation; commercial and business litigation; and professional liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked in-house at MusclePharm Corporation. Nick’s background working in-house for a large corporation and with consumer protection statutes informs his ability to consult and advise employers and a variety of business entities on best practices and risk management strategies. During law school, Nick was awarded the Janet D. Steiger Fellowship by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and the National Association of Attorneys General for work in consumer protection with the Iowa Attorney General’s office.
