Orchid Farinpour

Orchid Farinpour is a senior associate in WSHB’s Glendale office, where her wide-ranging litigation practice focuses on complex litigation, including general liability, business, employment and products liability matters. As part of her employment practice, Orchid defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and wage compliance. Prior to joining WSHB, Orchid’s practice was focused on premises liability, products liability, employment, professional liability, health care litigation, and construction defect matters. She has also received training and graduated from the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Jack Daniels Trial School.

Orchid attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she was a Senior Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and a member of the Moot Court team. While attending law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald J. Domnitz and as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. Orchid received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University.
