Patrick M. Boland

Patrick M. Boland is a partner in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. His practices focus on Insurance Defense Litigation, Condominium & Homeowners’ Association Law, Complex Commercial Litigation, General Counsel (multiple corporations), Employment Law, Bodily / Personal Injury Claims, Construction Defect Litigation, Bad Faith Litigation, General Business Litigation and First Party Property Litigation.

Mr. Boland is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Boland received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University with a major in English and a minor in Philosophy. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, graduating Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Boland worked on the Third District Court of Appeals and for The Florida State Committee on The Judiciary for the Florida Senate. Mr. Boland also received the Pro-Bono Certificate upon graduation.

Mr. Boland was selected in 2017-2018 as Super Lawyer’s “Rising Star” – peer reviewed acknowledgement awarded to less than 2% of attorneys in the State of Florida.
