Patrick Michael Kennell

Patrick Kennell is a litigator and insurance coverage lawyer with more than a decade of experience in professional liability, directors & officers, commercial litigaiton, general liability, and financial institutions matters. He represents some of the largest global insurers in the U.S. and London markets. Patrick serves as defense counsel to businesses and professionals for civil lawsuits brought in federal and state courts across the U.S., represents U.S. and London insurers in coverage litigation in the U.S., and provides direct coverage and monitoring advice in E&O/PI, D&O and FI matters.

Patrick's experience spans many classes of business, including directors and officers, management and fiduciary, investment funds, lawyers and law firms, architects and engineers, environmental professionals, real estate professionals, technology, miscellaneous E&O, fidelity/commercial crimes, employment matters, and more.

Patrick's prior experience includes a secondment with the claims team of a leading Lloyd's of London syndicate, where he provided in-house legal advice on a broad mixture of professional indemnity issues and large claims for London Market insurers.
Patrick serves as a Volunteer Attorney for the Veterans' Consortium Pro Bono Program, where he represents U.S. veterans, their families, and survivors in claims for federal benefits before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
