Paul S. Danner

Paul Danner has 20 years of experience counseling clients on complex business, commercial, and construction matters, as well as handling arbitrations and court cases throughout the United States. He is a member of the Goldberg Segalla’s Construction Practice Group Leadership, and is chair of the Firm’s Construction Defect practice. Paul routinely handles complex construction matters involving contractual disputes and claimed defects, including professional design, pile and underpinning installation, framing, roofing and siding issues, and water infiltration. An effective and accomplished litigator, Paul also handles general commercial and contractual disputes involving claims of breach of contract, bad faith, misappropriation, fraud, and misrepresentation, as well as demands for indemnification.

A former law clerk to the Hon. Kenneth R. Stein, Superior Court of New Jersey, Paul is currently a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District V-A Ethics Committee. He also speaks as panelist to clients and colleagues on pertinent legal topics and has authored numerous legal articles.
