Paul Wolfe

PAUL G. WOLFE (Senior Managing Attorney) earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with Honors. Mr. Wolfe received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a Board Member of both Law Review and Moot Court. Mr. Wolfe is an experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney who represented insurers and employers as an associate for a large workers’ compensation defense firm. He brings a solid track record that includes aggressive settlement negotiation skill, as well as extensive trial and appellate success. Mr. Wolfe is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law. Prior to his workers’ compensation experience, Mr. Wolfe worked as a law clerk in the areas of maritime law and asbestos litigation. Mr. Wolfe has presented to various clients in the specified areas of new legislation, the PQME processes, Return to Work Issues, FEHA and ADR dispute resolution. In his spare time, Mr. Wolfe is an avid cyclist.
