Paula A. Post

Paula Post is a partner in the Jacksonville office. Her practice focuses on general liability defense, including personal injury defense, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation and related claims.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Ms. Post attended the University of North Florida and earned her Bachelor of Arts while majoring in Criminal Justice. She attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Post worked as an associate at a firm focusing primarily in the field of insurance defense where she represented many large insurance companies and corporations, as well as their insureds.

She is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Ms. Post is also a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Claims Association, Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
