Paula Nystrom

Paula Nystrom is an associate in WSHB’s Northern California office where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation with a focus on construction, catastrophic injury and intellectual property matters.

Paula graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with certificates in Intellectual Property and Business Law. While in law school she gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Theodore Zayner, Superior Court, County of Santa Clara, and as a legal assistant for a franchise law firm where she focused on intellectual property, specifically in trademark prosecution, maintenance and enforcement.

In her free time, Paula enjoys volunteering for the Girl Scouts of Northern California.
