• Represented trustee in offensive litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery relating to a complex fraud and obtained $55 million preliminary injunction.°

• Represented trustee in investigation, out-of-court restructuring, and monetization of illiquid trust assets stemming from $300 million fraud.°

• Represented trustee in restructuring and sale of distressed winery assets.°

• Successfully defended trustee in state court action and related appeals regarding objection to trust administration, fees, and expenses.°

• Represented trustee as a third-party intervenor in foreclosure litigation and obtained right to pursue surplus sale proceeds.°

• Represented equipment lessors with claims exceeding $8 million in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and obtained order preemptively authorizing administrative expenses for debtors’ continued equipment use.°

• Represented lenders and borrowers in syndicated and secured financings totaling over $1 billion, including multiple cross-border transactions.°
