Peter DeNoto

Peter DeNoto has been a Partner in the firm since 2005, and he focuses his practice on trying complex cases and providing general legal services to professionals, corporations, and institutions. His responsibilities include the management and handling of risk management activities, including pre-litigation investigations, and all aspects of litigation once suit is initiated. In 2006, to improve the quality of services that the firm was providing to Long Island-based clients, he opened the firm's Garden City office with two other attorneys. Since that time, the Long Island practice has expanded to twelve attorneys plus a support staff of eight under Mr. DeNoto's supervision.

Peter provides consulting services for national corporations regarding financial exposure, litigation planning and handling, and litigation resolution, and he lectures on risk management issues and medical-legal issues.

He is a Member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Medical Defense Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
