Peter H. Bach

Peter H. Bach is a proven trial attorney with almost four decades of experience representing clients in state, federal, and administrative courts. He focuses his practice on representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation cases including claims for emergent relief and Second Injury Fund litigation. He also has extensive experience in matters relating to insurance defense and personal injury litigation, including maritime claims.

Peter received his bachelor’s in economics before going on to earn his juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Temple University Law School Academy of Advocacy, where he received training in trial advocacy.
