Peter W. Dye

Peter Dye is a partner in our Sacramento Office and specializes in litigation and arbitration in a wide array of practice areas. Peter’s practice is focused primarily on claims involving residential and commercial construction projects and insurance disputes. Peter is intimately familiar with the technical aspects of these projects and disputes, as well as the typical contractual terms that govern the relationships between owners, contractors, design professionals and their insurers, making him an effective and efficient advocate.

With over 20 years of litigation and arbitration experience, Peter has successfully defended and prosecuted complex disputes before arbitration panels and federal and state courts in a number of jurisdictions. In addition to construction and insurance disputes, his practice areas include product liability, trucking claims, personal injury defense and CERCLA litigation.

Peter’s philosophy has always been the same; achieve specific client objectives in the most efficient manner possible. To that end, Peter works to resolve cases early on, but will litigate through trial, if necessary.
