Qi Wei

Qi Wei is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Shanghai Office.

Areas of Practice

Qi’s practice focuses on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. Qi has assisted in a variety of China-related international transactions, private equity investments, and general corporate matters, and has conducted due diligence across diverse industries, such as entertainment, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and high technology.

Experience

Qi joined the firm’s Shanghai Office after graduating from law school. Previously she interned in various legal entities focusing on IPO, REITs, and private equity. Qi also worked as a volunteer for the Social Legal Aid Centre of ECUPL for 3 years during her university and postgraduate education, where she provided pro bono assistance to the indigent relating to labor and marriage.
