Randall M. Bolinger

Randall M. Bolinger is a Partner in the Orlando office. He has tried over 50 civil jury trials to verdict, and has over 30 years of litigation experience. He has represented clients in the defense of claims involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice, construction litigation, commercial litigation, auto negligence, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability and bad faith. He has first chair trial experience in most counties in Central Florida, and focuses much of his present practice on general liability, with a special emphasis on professional liability.

Mr. Bolinger earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1984 from William and Mary’s Marshall Wythe School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1979. Mr. Bolinger is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He has lectured to groups on many facets of litigation practice, to include general personal injury practice, workers’ compensation immunity, Chinese Drywall litigation, the Americans with Disabilities Act and ethics.
