ABOUT Ranjan A. Lahiri
Ranjan has significant experience in defending a wide range of clients in litigation and pre-litigation claims. Ranjan represents a wide range of clients, including individual homeowners, local businesses, and national companies. Ranjan defends clients in a broad range of claims, including claims involving business and employment disputes, toxic injuries, and construction related issues, and is regularly called upon to defend clients in complex multi-party litigation throughout California. Ranjan also provides consulting and advice to clients on business and employment matters.
Ranjan is part of a team that is retained to monitor and defend high-exposure environmental and toxic tort cases throughout the nation on behalf of several major insurance companies. As part of his responsibilities, Ranjan regularly assists local defense counsel and insurance carriers in evaluating complex liability and medical causation issues, as well as identifying and retaining appropriate defense experts.
Ranjan has appeared in both State and Federal Court and has argued before the California Court of Appeals.
