Rebecca L. Stone

Rebecca L. Stone was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and raised in Hendersonville, North Carolina. She graduated from Hendersonville High School in 2008 and attended college at Pfeiffer University. At Pfeiffer University, she double majored in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice and minored in Political Science. She graduated from Pfeiffer in 2012 with Cum Laude honors. Ms. Stone attended law school at Appalachian School of Law where she was a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Abused and Neglected Children volunteer. She also held the Treasurer position for two years in The International Legal Honors Society of Phi Delta Phi. During law school she interned at the Henderson County District Attorney’s Office and Gillett Stallings Law Office to experience both the prosecutor and defense side of a criminal proceeding. After graduating law school in 2015, Ms. Stone obtained her North Carolina bar license in April of 2017. In July 2017, she began her employment with the Jason Hayes Law Firm where she handled domestic and criminal cases, including but not limited to, divorces, child custody/support, DSS, juvenile delinquents, and minor traffic violations. Upon Mr. Hayes closing his practice, she has now joined F.B. Jackson and Associates Law Firm, PLLC to take on the world of Civil Litigation.
