Bob Bates is engaged in all areas of real estate and data center practice, including master planning strategy; acquisitions and sales of large tracts of undeveloped property; sale-leaseback transactions; data center provider, user and vendor transactions; condominium and condominium conversion developments; municipal development agreements; development, financing and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings and industrial, warehouse and office parks; representation of major resort hotels and international clients regarding Arizona real estate.
