ABOUT Robin R. Dolsky
A former Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau and Homicide Bureaus of the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, Robin R. Dolsky joined the firm in 1985, and has been a partner since 1988.
As a trial partner, Robin has successfully represented government agencies, product manufacturers, hospital centers and physicians at every step of litigation through trial, in venues throughout the New York Metropolitan area. In addition, she has lectured on trial practice for the New York State Bar Association and Benjamin Cardozo Law School, and regularly participates in lectures for clients involving risk management and loss prevention issues in healthcare and related fields.
Robin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Metropolitan Women's Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. She has been selected for the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
She was nominated by her peers for inclusion in editions of The Best Lawyers in America .

On February 11, 2008, Robin R. Dolsky obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a major Manhattan medical center in a law suit brought by one of New York's most prominent plaintiff's medical malpractice firms. The case involved the 1999 premature delivery of the infant-plaintiff a little over a week after the plaintiff-mother was admitted to the defendant hospital in pre-term labor, and approximately 60 hours after the mother's premature rupture of membranes.Defense Verdict in Suffolk County
