Ross A. Carrozza

Ross devotes his practice to defending employers and their carriers in workers' compensation matters. He serves as the co-chair of the firm's Medicare Set-Aside Practice Group and as Medicare counsel to numerous clients from coast to coast, handling complex Medicare issues in both workers' compensation and liability cases. Ross also continues to handle Federal Black Lung matters for clients.

Ross is a graduate of the University of Scranton and University of Dayton School of Law. He began his legal career at a general practice firm practicing in the area of workers' compensation litigation.

Ross has proudly devoted his time and effort to the Exeter Civil Commission for 10 years.
