Sally F. Barron

Sally Barron is Of Counsel in the Memphis, Tennessee, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She practices in all areas of employment law, representing employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Ms. Barron is experienced in handling claims brought before the EEOC and lawsuits arising under the ADA, the ADEA, the FLSA, Title VII and the Tennessee Human Rights Act. She regularly advises clients with regard to a variety of employment matters, including employee handbooks and policies, severance agreements, non-compete agreements and other employee contracts.
