Samantha N. Osgood, Esq.

Samantha Osgood is a senior associate in WSHB’s White Plains office, where she focuses her practice on employment practices liability claims, construction accidents, and complex general liability matters. A cum laude graduate of Pace University School of Law, Samantha is a member of the New York State Bar.

While in law school, Samantha gained experience interning for the Office of the Public Defender in Norwalk, CT; the Environmental Protection Agency in Manhattan; the Pace Women’s Justice Center Family Court Legal Program in White Plains; the Legal Aid Society in the Bronx; and the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. Samantha was also a member of Pace Law’s Oral Advocacy Program, where she competed in national mock trial competitions, and served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Sports & Entertainment Law Forum. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude in Sociology from Long Island University - Post.
