Sania Sharma

Sania Sharma is an associate in WSHB’s Orange County office. Her complex civil litigation practice includes transportation, construction and professional liability matters. In addition, Sania is experienced in handling a variety of corporate issues, with an emphasis on fiduciary duty, business formation, shareholder actions, breach of contract and liability cases.

A graduate of University of San Diego School of Law, Sania worked as an extern for the Superior Court of San Diego and a corporate counsel extern at a finance company while attending law school. She also participated in her school’s Intellectual Property Law Association and Business Law Association and was the proud recipient of the Honor and Alumni Scholarships.

Sania is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.

Sania is fluent in English and Hindi.
