Sara M. Juarez

Sara is a senior associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on complex civil litigation matters including construction, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and wrongful death matters. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2016 after graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.

While in law school, Sara served as the managing editor for the UCLA Women’s Law Journal and served on the executive board of UCLA’s Law Women organization. After her first year of law school she worked as a law clerk for the Children’s Law Center of California, where she assisted minors’ counsel in Los Angeles dependency court. Sara also volunteered at the Bet Tzedek Employment Rights Clinic, assisting workers with the filing of wage and hour claims.

Sara graduated summa cum laude from Chapman University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Peace Studies. In her free time she loves cooking, traveling and cheering for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Sara seconded at a London Market Third-Party Administrator where she assisted with property & casualty and financial institutions errors and omissions claims. In this capacity, Sara assessed and made recommendations regarding the handling of a wide variety of claims. Sara gained significant experience completing coverage evaluations and making reserve recommendations.
